Our customer support team is the central point of contact for all questions and concerns about our software products. Profidata uses all its locations (Urdorf, Frankfurt am Main, Luxembourg and London) to provide support services for its customers in the various regions. These services can be provided via remote access and, where required, on the customer's premises.
In addition to the hotline Profidata provides an internet tool for recording new support items and monitoring the progress of prior requests.
